Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/PM/Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in project management with excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Asana) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date project documentation, reports and presentations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and support quality control.
• Prepare site visit reports and share findings with the project team.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, cost estimates and project data analysis.
• Support technical and financial assessments of vertiport projects.
• Work with architects, engineers, planners and contractors to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination amp Support

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans schedules and resource allocations
• Track milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
