Job summary

Middle East is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive strategic digital solution implementations across the Middle East. You will lead a team of Data Integration Engineers and Solution Specialists and interface with Customer Success Managers and Product Managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery and strong customer relationships.

The role demands 8+ years in digital projects with 3+ years in leadership, hands-on Python/Java/APIs/SQL, cloud technologies, and experience in large-scale

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital projects, data integration, enterprise applications or solution architecture.
• 3+ years of leadership or technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, APIs, SQL, cloud technologies and integration platforms.
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise or mission-critical solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in aviation/airport operations, logistics, supply chain or industrial automation is highly desirable.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software data integration or digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with project governance, risk management, budgeting and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• PMP/Prince2/AgilePM/Scrum Master or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of customer projects from initiation through go-live and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts and milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, data integration specialists and business analysts.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Drive governance activities and report progress to senior management and customers.
• Facilitate steering committees, design reviews and executive status meetings.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks; support contract execution and change management.
• Ensure successful site coordination for deployments in the Middle East (UAE, KSA, etc.).
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning for team members; allocate resources across projects.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in digital projects data integration enterprise applications software engineering or solution architecture.
• 3 years of leadership or technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python Java APIs SQL cloud technologies and integration platforms.
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise or mission-critical solutions.
