Job summary

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) in Dubai is seeking an ACES Continuous Improvement program Manager to lead process improvements across 3P stores. The role focuses on PDCA/Kaizen, standardization, and tech tool adoption within a fast-growing fulfillment network.

The candidate will own the L&D framework with ROW GSF teams and drive new tech rollouts to enhance customer experience in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.

• Support UFG operations team to make continuous improvements and standardization across 3P stores.
• Act as SME in fulfillment tech and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and cross-functional projects for successful implementation.
• Design and own the L&D framework—collaborating with ROW GSF L&D teams.
• Own the rollout of new tech/systems to improve customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

• ACES program manager is focused on supporting UFG operations team to make continuous improvements on behalf of Amazon customers to drive into standardization efforts in 3P stores act as liaisons with other departments provide process skills support launches support Kaizen events in their areas of expertise launch tech tool to enhance picking process and to run and coordinate cross-functional projects for successful implementation across fulfillment network.
• This role will also be an SME in all fulfillment related Tech and drive adoption of new tools/systems and processes.
• The ACES Area Manager is working with the Site Ops team to
• Benchmark and implement best practices and establish sustainable mechanisms to audit and drive adoption of these processes/systems
• Use the PDCA methodology to drive small scale improvements in processes
• Use the Kaizen methodology to drive large scale process improvements or reduction in costs.
• Sustain roll out of Continuous Improvement (CI) essentials and Kaizen essentials training to managers.
• Act as an SME to ops and 3P merchants.
• Design and own the L&D framework - working closely with ROW GSF L&D team.
• Own the roll out of new tech/systems to improve Customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 2+ years of program or project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes project management and schedules
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
