The Opportunity

The Program Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-stream programs and drives the overall success of Core42’s services.

The role sets the delivery approach for its programs, understands client needs, aligns senior stakeholders, and coordinates distributed project teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of high-quality solutions.

Partnering with clients, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams across Core42, the Program Manager ensures complex programs remain on scope, on time, and on budget — mentoring project managers, removing barriers, managing risk, and identifying opportunities to expand impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client & Senior Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and acting as the senior point of contact for the program.
• Communicate regularly with clients and senior stakeholders to provide program updates, align expectations, escalate risks and decisions where appropriate, and identify additional opportunities.

Program Planning & Execution

• Work with clients and internal teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Develop program plans, allocate resources, and ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on program progress, actively tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks, and driving mitigation actions as required.

Team Coordination & Quality

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams — including commercial, delivery, technical teams, data scientists, and engineers — across onsite and offshore delivery models to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams to maximise productivity, providing structure, follow-up, and clarity.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes, reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators, sharing delivery best practices and raising the overall standard of program delivery.

Financial Management & Business Development

• Manage program budgets and financials, tracking expenditure, supporting financial governance, and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Provide accurate and timely financial and governance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI services with existing clients and support proposals and pitches for new business.

Other Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards, and related G42 Policies and Procedures.
• Comply with the G42 Acceptable Use Policy and attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity, and HSE training.
• Report information security, HSE, and other incidents or suspected incidents through established G42 incident-reporting channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information in accordance with G42 Policies and Procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program and project management experience, with a proven track record of delivery impact and customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience running large, multi-stream programs, such as cloud migration, application modernisation and implementation, or AI solutions implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, including Agile, PMBOK, and structured delivery governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions.
• Solid understanding of program financials, with the ability to support financial governance and reporting.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience managing software development or technology projects.
• Professional project or program management accreditation such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or other relevant higher education preferred.
