NMC GROUP SERVICES in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Medical Internship Program at hospital level. You will work under the Program Director and coordinate with group-level governance structures to ensure efficient program delivery.
The role emphasizes day-to-day coordination, accurate record-keeping, and supporting committees, with alignment to NIHS DOH DHA and institutional requirements.
Performs a wide variety of complex responsible office functions and administrative support duties This may include supporting management and staff in business planning budget tracking administrative project coordination and maintaining accurate records strong In addition the Program Coordinator strong Provides comprehensive administrative operational and accreditation support to the Medical Internship Program at hospital level working under the supervision of the Program Director and in coordination with group-level medical education governance structures strong The role ensures strong Day-to-day operational coordination of the internship programMaintenance of accurate complete and survey-ready recordsEffective support to committees and governance activitiesClear communication pathways between interns faculty leadership and institutional oversight bodiesAlignment with NIHS DOH DHA and institutional requirements
QualificationBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
LicensureNo clinical licensure required.
EducationFormal education sufficient to support:Administrative and operational coordinationAccurate record-keeping and documentation managementCommittee and meeting administrationHandling of regulatory and accreditation-related documentation
ExperienceExperience in administrative or coordination roles within:Medical education, training programs, or healthcare institutionsDemonstrated experience in:Coordinating meetings, schedules, and program activitiesManaging documentation, records, and correspondenceSupporting governance or committee-based processesHandling confidential trainee and faculty informationExperience supporting accreditation, regulatory, or audit-related documentation processes is desirable.
