Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Dubai is seeking a hands‑on Professional Services Consultant to deliver Financial Crime Compliance solutions across the region. Based in Dubai, you will combine technical implementation, functional analysis and stakeholder management from planning through handover.

You will manage customer engagements, translate requirements into Firco-based solutions, and install and validate enterprise software with a focus on cloud and on‑premise integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in technical consulting or software implementation.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations in customer environments.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, application servers, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer and stakeholder-management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Financial services or FCC experience is advantageous.

About the role

The Professional Services Consultant is a hands‑on individual contributor responsible for delivering Financial Crime Compliance solutions to customers across EMEA. Based in Dubai, the role combines technical implementation, functional analysis and stakeholder management, supporting customer engagements from planning and configuration through testing, training and successful handover.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Stakeholder Management Manage customer engagement across assigned projects, including expectations, risks, dependencies and escalations. Build strong relationships with compliance, business, IT and project stakeholders. Lead customer workshops, project discussions and solution reviews.
• Functional Analysis Understand customer business, compliance and technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Recommend effective implementation approaches using Firco solutions. Support requirements gathering, solution design, training and knowledge transfer.
• Technical Implementation& Delivery Install, configure, integrate and validate enterprise software solutions. Experience with SQL, Oracle 19c and SQL Server 2019+ Experience with cloud technologies including Kubernetes, Helm and Dapr. Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and customer acceptance. Manage successful delivery and handover while working closely with PMO, Product, Engineering and Support teams. Contribute to project scoping, Statements of Work and Pre-Sales activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in technical consulting, software implementation, systems integration or a similar technical role.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations in customer environments.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, application servers, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer and stakeholder‑management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, equivalent professional qualification, or demonstrably equivalent practical experience.
• Financial services or Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) experience is advantageous.
