Job summary

LexisNexis Special Services Inc. in Dubai seeks a hands-on Professional Services Consultant to deliver Financial Crime Compliance solutions across EMEA.

You will combine technical implementation with functional analysis and stakeholder management, supporting engagements from planning and configuration through testing, training and handover. You will work with SQL, Oracle and SQL Server, and cloud tech including Kubernetes, Helm and Dapr, contributing to scoping, pre-sales, and successful project

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in technical consulting or software implementation.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations in customer environments.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Stakeholder Management across projects, managing expectations, risks and escalations.
• Lead customer workshops, project discussions and solution reviews with stakeholders.
• Understand requirements and translate into practical Firco solutions.
• Install, configure, integrate and validate enterprise software solutions.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate with PMO, Product, Engineering and Support for delivery and handover.
• Contribute to project scoping, Statements of Work and Pre-Sales activities.

## Professional Services ConsultantApply: Dubai Rotana Business Tower: Full time: Posted Today: R118601**About the role**The **Professional Services Consultant** is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for delivering Financial Crime Compliance solutions to customers across EMEA.
