Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in property and architectural photography, including composition, lighting, and use of professional camera equipment.
• Proficiency in photo editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, or equivalent software.
• Experience with basic video shooting and editing for property walkthroughs, reels, or promotional clips.
• Strong understanding of real estate marketing needs and visual storytelling for listings and digital campaigns.
• Ability to manage on-site shoots independently, including scheduling, equipment setup, and time management.
• Attention to detail, consistency in image quality, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with agents, marketing staff, and other stakeholders.
• Prior experience in real estate or commercial photography is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s property market and communities is an advantage.
• Valid UAE residency status and capacity to work on-site across various locations in Dubai.

Role Description
