Job summary

Neatly is seeking a talented Photographer & Video Editor to join the Neatly Homes team in Dubai. You will capture and produce high-quality visual content of properties and services across Dubai, helping clients experience the Neatly Homes brand.

The role requires 2+ years in real estate photography and video editing, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop and Premiere Pro. You will own gear, maintain a content library, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photography and video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or interior photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Own professional camera equipment.
• Valid UAE residency or ability to obtain a work permit.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties at handover, post-cleaning, and marketing stages.
• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, listings, and client reports.
• Capture aerial photography and videography using a drone (where applicable).
• Edit and retouch photos to a professional standard using Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent — including colour grading, music, and captions.
• Deliver polished content within tight turnaround times to meet listing and campaign deadlines.
