• Protect furniture, fixtures, and other items from paint or damage during the painting process.
• Work with a variety of painting materials, including water‑based and oil‑based paints, varnishes, and specialty coatings.
• Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to coordinate and execute painting projects as part of broader facility maintenance.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch‑ups or corrections to ensure a flawless finish.
