Job summary

GMG Group is seeking a skilled Painter to perform interior and exterior painting across company facilities, ensuring high quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include surface preparation, applying paints and coatings, and routine touch-ups and maintenance.

The role requires 2–3 years of painting experience in facilities management or building maintenance, basic English, and GCC/UAE experience is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting works, including walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling, and applying primer.
• Apply paints, varnishes, and protective coatings using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Carry out touch-up, preventive, and corrective maintenance painting works.
• Identify and report surface damage, leaks, or defects requiring further maintenance.
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition.
• Follow work orders and complete tasks within agreed timelines.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and use PPE.
