Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on painting experience in commercial, residential, or retail environments.
• Proficient in color mixing, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently at heights and handle painting tools and equipment safely.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual maintenance work.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and patching.
• Select and mix paints according to specifications.
• Apply paint using different techniques for interior and exterior areas.
• Erect scaffolding and ensure site safety compliance.
• Protect surrounding areas from paint damage.
• Estimate paint quantities and maintain records.
