Job summary

The role requires 5-8 years of planning or project controls experience, strong Primavera P6 or MS Project skills, and a solid understanding of production planning and critical-path analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of planning, scheduling, or project controls experience.
• Experience with aluminum/facade manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project and production schedules for aluminum and facade work.
• Prepare baseline schedules with milestones, durations, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Create look-ahead schedules and update programs with progress data.
• Provide weekly/monthly progress reports and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, QA/QC, logistics, and site teams.
• Identify constraints and propose recovery actions to meet milestones.
• Monitor shop drawing, material approvals, and long-lead procurement.
• Align factory production with site priorities and installation dates.
