Job summary

What Will Your Day Look Like?

The Production Planning Supervisor will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of production requirements. The role involves coordinating production activities, monitoring inventory levels, adjusting schedules to address operational gaps, and ensuring optimal utilization of production capacity while maintaining alignment with business demands.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Prepare detailed weekly production schedules for based on the monthly production demand provided.
• Adjust production schedules in case of any gaps or line failures to ensure full ordered quantities per SKU are achieved by the end of the week.
• Prepare detailed weekly production schedules for the factory based on the monthly production demand provided.
• Adjust production schedules in case of gaps or line failures to ensure full ordered quantities per SKU are achieved by the end of the week.
• Monitor daily IM inventory stock and SKU coverage, and take necessary actions to ensure all products (preforms, closures) are available for production lines.
• Release POs (Production Orders) and monitor operations execution against the production schedule.
• Prepare the monthly master production schedule.

Education and Experience:

• 2 years of experience in related fields (Production, Planning)
• Must have experience in the FMCG food sector.
• Ability to lead planning functions.
