Job summary

IFFCO Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Production Operator to drive end-to-end manufacturing and packing in line with quality standards and the approved production schedule. The role focuses on producing quality products efficiently and safely.

You will maintain GMP and HSE compliance, monitor line performance (OEE), and coordinate with warehouse, quality, procurement and HR to support routine activities while implementing continuous improvement ideas for business needs.

Qualifications

• ITI in any stream with 2 yrs. of relevant experience.
• Technical Diploma is a stated qualification.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products as per standards and production schedule.
• Maintain GMP, hygiene and HSE standards and take corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Maintain line-wise OEE and reduce wastage.
• Update production-related documents (batch issuance log book, manpower utilization report).
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, procurement, HR and other stakeholders for routine activities.
• Improve processes and provide continuous improvement ideas to management.

Job Summary

Production operator is responsible for producing quality products as per the standards norms and production schedule. He is responsible for end-to-end process of manufacturing and packing of finished goods.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure that all raw and packing material issued are of as per the established quality standards and BOM.
• Ensuring of standard manning as per the line requirement.
• Ensuring for maintaining GMP, hygiene and HSE standards and responsible for taking corrective actions against the non-conformances highlighted while audit.
• Responsible for maintaining line wise OEE and reduction of wastage.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of production related document (batch issuance log book, manpower utilization report etc.)
• Internal co-ordination with all stakeholders (warehouse, quality, procurement, HR etc.) for routine activities.
• Ensure reduction of breakdown time by coordinating and follow up with maintenance team.
• Responsible for re-work and promo packing within the time frame as per the business needs.
• To provide continuous improvement ideas to management for implementation.
• Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values.
• Adherence to company code of conduct and SOP’s.
• Follow Requirements of regulatory, BRC, FSSC, Customer and regulatory standards at all times.
