Job summary

UNIKAI Foods P.J.S.C. seeks a skilled production operator for its dairy UHT line in Dubai. You will operate machines, perform CIP, monitor quality, fill on line parameters, and support maintenance to meet production KPI.

Candidates should have a High School/ITI diploma and 3-5 years in a similar role, with knowledge of English and Hindi. The role requires strong safety awareness, reliability, and the ability to work with tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines on the UHT ice cream dairy line.
• Perform CIP operations as per procedure and monitor output.
• Carry out minor maintenance, oiling and cleaning of equipment.
• Ensure online product quality checks and record filling parameters.
• Keep stock/stock levels accurate and follow FIFO.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of machine operation safety Knowledge of UHT processing plant down line


• Operate different machine as per requirement in UHT Ice cream Dairy section


• Carried out CIP operation as per procedure


• To take prompt action in case of any machine breakdowns


• Mount proper tooling


• observe the machines in operation and make adjustments to control the rate of production


• Minor repairs or performing minor machine maintenance such as oiling and cleaning


• Online product quality check


• Able to fill on line parameter of machine
