Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management in a production house, printing, events, or branding.
• Strong knowledge of production processes for printing, booth construction, gift item manufacturing, and event branding.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all production operations, including printing, booth construction, gift item production, and event setups.
• Ensure production schedules are met with high efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the production team.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits.
• Oversee branding materials for events and marketing activities.
