Job summary

ENPI Group is seeking an Asst. Maintenance Manager to ensure plant and equipment meet targets. You will support maintenance planning, supervise technicians, and drive reliability improvements across high-speed printing operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5 years of hands-on maintenance in printing with PLC exposure and 4 years in a supervisory role, plus Lean/TPM experience. Industrial training certificates are preferred. This on-site role focuses on safety, efficiency, and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in printing with automation/PLC exposure.
• 4 years in a supervisory maintenance role in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proven track record improving OEE and implementing Lean/TPM.
• Industrial Training Certification (mechanical/electrical).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily maintenance activities.
• Inspect equipment to identify inefficiencies and optimize performance.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Develop maintenance schedules, SOPs and comprehensive programs.
• Monitor spare-parts inventory for critical components.
• Manage equipment breakdowns effectively and efficiently.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance for maximum availability.
• Oversee maintenance operations, ordering parts, inspection, troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and production targets.
