Job summary

Durucooperation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Helper to support production operations on the shop floor. The role focuses on housekeeping, material handling, and packing activities to maintain a safe, organized work environment.

The Helper will assist machine operators and production staff with basic tasks, ensure proper material storage, and help with loading/unloading as needed. A disciplined approach to safety and waste handling is required.

Qualifications

• 10th or +2 Pass is required.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized shop floor by removing debris from workstations and walkways.
• Keep production areas neat to support efficient workflow and reduce hazards.
• Safely collect and dispose of used ink tins, chemical containers, and other waste.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines when handling waste materials.
• Assist in packing operations and handling finished goods and related materials.
• Lift, move, and transport materials for production and packing activities.
