Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking a Production Engineer in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily production operations, ensuring output and quality targets are met.

Responsibilities include monitoring processes, coordinating with planning, procurement, QA/QC, and supervising operators while driving cost reduction and continuous improvement.

• Plan and oversee daily production operations to achieve output and quality targets.
• Update Daily Jacketing Backlog and as well as Ancillaries Backlog.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced waste.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and quality departments to ensure material and process readiness.
• Ensure adherence to company and customer quality standards; coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and testing.
• Track production metrics such as output, downtime, and rejection rates; prepare regular reports.
• Monitor equipment performance, plan preventive maintenance, and address technical issues Promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; promote a safe working environment.
• Supervise, guide, and train production operators and technicians to maintain productivity and morale.
• Contribute to cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives, supporting company growth and innovation.
