Job summary

Amana Group is seeking a seasoned manufacturing operations leader to drive daily production, ensure targets and quality standards, and collaborate across Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams. The role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and continuous improvement in a dynamic UAE manufacturing environment.

You will oversee planning, capacity, safety, and regulatory compliance while coaching engineers and shop floor staff to elevate technical capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved
• Plan, monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams to ensure smooth production execution
• Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Develop and monitor production KPIs including productivity, cycle time, quality and resource utilization
• Support production planning activities including manpower allocation, capacity planning and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality requirements and safety regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies
• Collaborate with Maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently and reliablyReview production drawings, manufacturing specifications and work instructions to ensure accurate execution
• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Mentor and support production engineers, supervisors and shop floor personnel to enhance performance and technical capabilities
• Prepare regular production reports and provide recommendations to management for process improvements and cost optimization
• Support factory expansion initiatives, automation projects and manufacturing innovation programs
