Wavetec is seeking a Product Manager – SSK to drive the product lifecycle from strategy to rollout in a Dubai-based hub. You will coordinate with development teams, analyze market trends, and implement go-to-market plans for Self Service Kiosk solutions.

You will collaborate across departments to meet deadlines, troubleshoot with partners, and act as the product feature liaison for key stakeholders and sales teams, ensuring market competitiveness and successful delivery.

Qualificações

• Educated to BS/MS level in a subject relevant to the position such as Computer Science, Engineering or Economics.
• At least two years of experience in development and business analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire Product lifecycle from strategic planning and feature roll out.
• Collaborate with the development team to set priorities and ensure product developments are prioritized correctly.
• Analyze data science and market trends and identify solutions to support Self Service Kiosk’s development.
• Develop, lead and implement projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans.
• Meet delivery deadlines in collaboration with other departments.
• Work collaboratively with partners assisting and troubleshooting to ensure that products are market competitive.
• Act as a Point of Contact for product features and any other relevant matter with the key stakeholders.
• Liaise with the Sales / Distribution team offering support and sharing knowledge on product in order to maximise sales.
• Efficient and effective collaboration with the development team and business teams in order to implement effective solutions for SSK and the team.
• Liaise with colleagues effectively to resolve any faults with product delivery.

Job Description

• Manage the entire Product lifecycle from strategic planning and feature roll out. Identify, conceptualise and develop new products and any amendments/improvements to existing products
• Collaborate with the development team to set priorities and ensure product developments/amendments are prioritised correctly and as per the business needs
• Analyse data science and market trends and identify solutions to support Self Service Kiosk’s development
• Develop, lead and implement projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans
• Meet delivery deadlines in collaboration with other departments
• Work collaboratively with partners assisting and troubleshooting to ensure that products are market competitive
• Act as a Point of Contact for product features and any other relevant matter with the key stakeholders

Skills

• Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
• Good commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate your competence in analyzing, reporting and efficiently responding to data
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong partner relationships
• Target driven and have good numerical and analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail working with qualitative and quantitative data
• Extensive experience in delivering highly successful and innovative product developments
• Extensive experience with design and product testing
• Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user
• Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable

Qualification
