Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Product Manager to own day-to-day delivery across the Performance product pipeline, spanning audience data, deal intelligence and analytics. You will work with design and engineering to move concepts into shipped releases, reporting to the Senior Director, Product, Performance, in the Middle East.

Key duties include owning backlogs and sprints, writing clear specs and acceptance criteria, coordinating teams, and tracking delivery against roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience in digital products, SaaS or data products.
• A track record of shipping: taken products from spec to live.
• Strong agile delivery skills across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written communication for specs and documentation.
• Comfortable with data pipelines, models and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• PRODUCT DELIVERY (60%): Own backlog, sprint planning, and coordination across multiple product builds.
• Write clear specs, user stories and acceptance criteria for design and engineering.
• Coordinate delivery, unblock issues, and manage dependencies across products.
• Track releases end-to-end including QA, UAT and rollout to users.
