Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing mobile experiences, partnering with technology, UX, analytics and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance engagement and commercial outcomes.

You will drive strategy and roadmap for Etihad's mobile app portfolio, collaborate with native and cross‑platform teams, and ensure successful delivery in an Agile environment, including SAFe and Scrum practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile apps at scale.
• Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with native and cross-platform development (Flutter or React Native).
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, Agile (SAFe/Scrum).

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience working within Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
