Job summary

Medworks Medical is seeking a dynamic Product Manager- ENT & Sleep Division to drive sales growth, clinical adoption, and market development across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will engage with pulmonologists, sleep physicians, ENT specialists, respiratory therapists, and hospital procurement teams to promote advanced sleep and respiratory therapy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical devices or healthcare sales/product support.
• Hands-on experience in clinical support and OT/surgical assistance.
• Proven experience in Sleep Apnea Therapy, Respiratory Devices, Pulmonology, or Critical Care, hospitals, sleep labs, and homecare providers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for ENT surgical products and Sleep Study solutions across Dubai / Northern Emirates.
• Manage and expand relationships with government and private hospital accounts.
• Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, demos, evaluations, and trainings.
• Work with surgeons, pulmonologists, ENT specialists, sleep labs, and procurement teams.
• Support installations, troubleshooting, and live sleep studies.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead product conversions from competitors.
• Coordinate product presentations, workshops, and clinical education activities.
• Support tender business, vendor registration, and regulatory/commercial processes.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis.

The role involves close engagement with pulmonologists, sleep physicians, ENT specialists, respiratory therapists, and hospital procurement teams to promote advanced sleep and respiratory therapy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth for ENT surgical products and Sleep Study solutions across Dubai / Northern Emirates
• Manage and expand relationships with key government and private hospital accounts
• Provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, demos, evaluations, and physician trainings
• Work closely with surgeons, pulmonologists, ENT specialists, sleep labs, and procurement teams
• Support installations, troubleshooting, and live sleep studies
• Identify new business opportunities and lead product conversions from competitors
• Coordinate product presentations, workshops, and clinical education activities
• Support tender business, vendor registration, and regulatory/commercial processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Sleep Apnea Therapy, Respiratory Devices, Pulmonology, or Critical Care, hospitals, sleep labs, and homecare providers.
• Strong understanding of CPAP/BiPAP therapy, NIV, and respiratory disease management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across internal teams and with global partners
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel regionally as needed

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Clinically strong with surgeon engagement experience
• Existing network within ENT, Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine departments
• Experience in capital equipment and consumable sales
• Energetic, target-driven, and commercially focused
• Arabic Speakers Preferred.
