Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in the UAE is seeking a Product Manager – Corporate Cards to own end-to-end product lifecycle, define features, prioritise the backlog, and ensure alignment with regulatory and scheme mandates.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in cards/payments, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery, plus JIRA, Confluence, and Visio skills. You will collaborate with technology, risk, and external partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Cards, Payments, or Transaction Banking.
• Strong understanding of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments in banking.
• Solid analytical and documentation skills; strong prioritisation.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Corporate Cards product roadmap and backlog with clear value propositions.
• Define features, scopes, and success criteria aligned to business objectives.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, and external partners during development and testing.
• Define UAT scope and release readiness; support rollout planning.
