Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is representing a Dubai-based client seeking a Product Manager with strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle aftermarket, especially Asian vehicle applications. The role focuses on structured product and supplier management to drive commercial value.

The ideal candidate will identify new product opportunities, evaluate RFQs and supplier quotations, and collaborate with suppliers to obtain technical information, samples, and quotes.

Job Summary:

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle aftermarket, particularly Asian vehicle applications, together with a structured and commercially focused approach to product and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify products and suppliers, with a particular focus on Asian commercial vehicle applications, including FAW, Sinotruk, Shacman, Isuzu, Hino, UD, Nissan, and other relevant brands.
• Identify new product opportunities based on market demand, customer requirements, vehicle applications, and product availability.
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers, including their product range, quality, pricing, lead times, and reliability.
• Review and evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and supplier quotations.
• Compare supplier offers based on pricing, specifications, quality, delivery terms, minimum order quantities, and overall commercial value.
• Maintain and develop product information, specifications, applications, cross-references, and supplier data.
• Work closely with suppliers to obtain technical information, product documentation, samples, and quotations.

Requirements:

• Commercial or vocational qualification with relevant professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in automotive aftermarket, commercial vehicle spare parts, or product management is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles and automotive products, particularly Asian vehicle applications.
