Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry level Product Management Analyst to assist in developing product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team.

The objective is to coordinate product promotions to open new markets and strengthen Citi's competitive position. You will participate in creating roadmaps and launches, analyze the competitive landscape, support client value propositions and help manage product delivery, client experience and communications for Citi

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and analytics.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adapt priorities quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creation and implementation of product roadmaps, launches, and marketing.
• Review competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities for product managers.
• Support day-to-day product management for core offerings, including delivery and client communications.
• Assist in defining client value propositions, pricing, targeting, and channel strategies.
• Assist in market research, developing product innovation roadmap, and trials of product commoditization.
• Contribute to achievement of revenue and expense management goals.
• Implement procedures and client management to improve outcomes.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
