Job summary

Citi is seeking an entry-level Product Management Analyst in Dubai to assist in developing product plans, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Product Management team. The role focuses on coordinating promotions to grow markets, expand Citi’s share, and strengthen competitive positioning.

Responsibilities include supporting product launches, analyzing competitive landscapes, and contributing to client value propositions, pricing, and channel strategies.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creation and implementation of product roadmaps, launches, and marketing.
• Review competitive landscape to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
• Support day-to-day product management for core products and client communications.
• Assist in client value propositions, pricing, positioning, and channel strategies.
• Contribute to market research, product innovation roadmap, and trials of commoditization.
• Support achievement of revenue, cost, and performance targets.
• Implement team procedures and ensure compliant, ethical decision-making.
