Job summary

Citi in Dubai is seeking an entry-level Product Management Analyst to assist in developing product plans and coordinating with the Product Management team. The role focuses on promoting products to new markets and strengthening Citi's competitive position.

You will participate in roadmaps, launches, and marketing, analyze market trends, and support client value propositions while adhering to regulatory and risk controls. Bachelor’s degree and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creation and implementation of product roadmaps, launches, and marketing.
• Review competitive landscape to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
• Support day-to-day product management for core products and client communications.
• Assist in client value propositions, positioning, pricing, and channel strategies.
• Contribute to market research, product innovation roadmap, and trials of product commoditization.
• Contribute to achieving acquisition targets, revenue, and cost goals.
• Enforce risk controls and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
