Bridgestone EMEA in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Category Manager to own product lines across the portfolio and drive end-to-end lifecycle management. You will lead portfolio strategies, perform market analysis, and collaborate with regional sales and customers to ensure portfolio relevance.
Responsibilities include category strategy, product lifecycle ownership, market assessments, and regional product marketing efforts to grow brand presence in A/ME markets.

You will play a pivotal role in category management, taking end-to-end ownership of product lines and effectively managing the entire product lifecycle. Ensure the optimal consumer product portfolio fit for A/ME markets, with a strong focus on consumer segments, by driving portfolio performance, alignment, and growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Focus on long term strategy and short-term wins for the category. Lead and manage regional meetings with sales teams and customers to align on portfolio performance, needs, and priorities. Act as a key interface between regional sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure portfolio relevance and execution excellence.
Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements or discontinuation.
Conduct regular market assessments to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry trends to refine product strategies. Close follow up about industry regulations, standards, and advancements.
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness and demand in short and long term. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans. Create a regional product library for all stakeholders.
