Job summary

Hantec Markets is looking for a Product Designer to join our growing Product team in Dubai. You’ll work across web platforms, mobile apps, client portals and trading experiences, helping create clear, scalable digital experiences.

We’re particularly focused on design systems, component design, native mobile patterns and dashboards for complex product interfaces. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and Developers from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital product design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout and prototyping.
• Portfolio demonstrating dashboards and complex product UI design.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products.
• Design and maintain reusable Figma components, variants and libraries.
• Apply established design systems and component patterns consistently across products.
• Design mobile experiences using Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design patterns.
• Design clear, usable dashboards, tables, forms, data-heavy interfaces and complex product workflows.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers from discovery through to implementation.
• Consider responsive behaviour, edge cases, errors, empty states and different user states.
• Help improve consistency, usability and visual quality across Hantec’s digital products.
