Job summary

ClearGrid in Dubai is seeking a Visual & Product Designer to elevate our design ecosystem, translating complex debt-resolution workflows into intuitive interfaces. You will partner with product, engineering and data teams to ship pixel-perfect UI and scalable design systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product/UX design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio showing data-driven, accessible product interfaces. Fintech or regulated spaces are a plus.

Qualifications

3 years in product design, UX/UI design or visual design roles, fintech/financial product background preferred.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS).
Experience building design systems that scale with accessibility in mind.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product design from research to shipped UI with engineers.
Elevate visual identity and develop design systems for consistency across digital and print assets.
Translate data, research, and feedback into elegant interfaces and smooth user experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to simplify complex workflows.
Create accessible, responsive design components for customer- and agent-facing products.
Contribute to marketing collateral and web content as needed.
