Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products.
• Design and maintain reusable Figma components, variants and libraries.
• Apply established design systems and component patterns consistently across products.
• Design mobile experiences using appropriate Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design patterns.
• Design clear, usable dashboards, tables, forms, data-heavy interfaces and complex product workflows.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers from discovery through to implementation.
• Consider responsive behaviour, edge cases, errors, empty states and different user states.
• Help improve consistency, usability and visual quality across Hantec’s digital products.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital product design.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout and prototyping.
• Proven experience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Good understanding of Apple iOS design patterns and Google Material Design / Android patterns.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard, SaaS, fintech or other complex product UI design.
• Strong visual design skills with good understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and responsive design.
• Ability to think through complete user journeys, including edge cases and system states.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, trading or financial services.
• Understanding of front‑end frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Experience creating micro-interactions in Figma or Lottie.
• Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and efficiency.
