Job summary

GSSTech Group in Dubai is seeking a Product Designer to join Emirates NBD Digital on-site in Meydan. You will design and maintain enterprise-scale Design Systems and craft seamless experiences across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.

You will own the end-to-end UX process, collaborate with Product and Technology teams in Agile squads, and translate business and user needs into compelling product experiences within BFS/Fintech and retail banking contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale Design Systems.
• End-to-end UX knowledge from user research to delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile squads and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in BFS/Fintech or retail banking is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join the ENBD Digital team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-scale Design Systems with hands-on experience.
• Design seamless experiences across mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
• Own and contribute to the end-to-end Design and UX process, from understanding user needs through to final delivery.
• Work within Agile Squads, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective product experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in BFS / Fintech, ideally within large organizations.
• Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.

Work Location

This is an onsite role at Emirates NBD premises in Meydan, Dubai.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Design Systems.
• Proficiency in designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and web/desktop.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end Design and UX process.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working within Agile Squads with Product and Technology teams.
• Experience in BFS / Fintech, ideally within large organizations, is preferred.
• Experience in Retail Banking is preferred.
