Job summary

Robot Encounters in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a full-time UI/UX Product Designer to own the design experience across our digital products, including mobile apps, web/admin platforms, and interactive devices. You will work with product, development, and operations teams from concept to delivery.

This hands-on role covers wireframes, prototypes, hi-fidelity UI, design systems, and developer handoff, with a focus on user-centered design, usability testing, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user flows, UX principles, and user-centered design.
• Experience designing mobile and web applications.
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems/component libraries.
• Understanding of responsive design and developer handoff.
• Strong visual design and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating product/UI/UX work required.

Responsibilities

• Product & UX Design: Design intuitive experiences across mobile, web, and IoT/interactive devices.
• User Flows: Design end-to-end journeys spanning physical devices, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• UI Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• User Research & Testing: Understand user needs, conduct usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and visual guidelines.
• Developer Handoff: Prepare clear design assets and specifications and work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with developers, product/project leads, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective user experiences.
• Product Consistency: Maintain consistency across the company’s digital products, visual identity, and overall brand experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices and continuously improve our design processes.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time UI/UX Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of the design experience across our digital products.

The designer will work closely with our product, development, and operations teams to design intuitive and visually engaging experiences across mobile applications, web/admin platforms, and interactive digital products.

This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable taking a feature from an initial requirement or user flow through wireframes, prototypes, final UI, developer handoff, and subsequent design iterations.
