Job summary

Genius HRTech Services L.L.C - FZ - Dubai seeks a senior product/UX designer to lead and support a team of about three designers, translating complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences and maping user journeys, flows and system interactions.

You will collaborate with product, technology, business, and government stakeholders, coach designers to be autonomous and outcome-driven, and use storytelling to secure buy-in.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of product/UX design experience.
• Substantial experience managing stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
• Strong in UX craft, user-flow mapping, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of about three product designers.
• Translate complex problems into clear, intuitive user experiences.
• Map user journeys, flows, processes and system interactions.
• Understand services and systems beyond screens.
• Turn ideas into compelling stories for stakeholders.
• Use AI to rapidly create and test live prototypes using the design system.
• Plan and run usability testing; turn findings into improvements.
• Work with product, technology, business and government stakeholders.
• Facilitate conversations, challenge assumptions and negotiate when necessary.
• Make decisions instead of waiting for perfect information.
• Coach the team to become more effective and outcome driven.
