Job summary

DriveLEAD is seeking a design leader to shape a business-critical platform used by entrepreneurs across the UAE and UK. You will own the design process end-to-end, collaborate with product and engineering in weekly sprints, and help evolve our design system.

The role requires a strong UX foundation, a compelling portfolio, and hands-on experience with Figma, Framer, and Notion. Motion or brand design chops are a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product design (preferably SaaS or B2B).
Strong portfolio with real-world examples.
Experience with tools like Figma, Framer, and Notion.
Bonus: Motion design or brand design chops.

Responsibilities

Own the design process end-to-end: research, wireframes, prototypes, handoff.
Collaborate with product managers and developers in weekly sprints.
Contribute to and evolve our design system.
