Job summary

HTrust Consulting in Dubai seeks a Product Design & Development Manager to transform ideas into commercially viable products, overseeing design, packaging, supplier sourcing, sampling, and production coordination.

You will translate brand direction into tangible products, manage the full development cycle, work with manufacturers in global hubs, and ensure quality and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Fashion, Product Development or related field preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing physical products developed or launched.
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics, jewellery, fashion accessories or consumer products preferred.
• Excellent understanding of product design, materials, manufacturing and packaging.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into commercially viable products with brand direction.
• Own full product development cycle from idea to production.
• Develop packaging concepts aligned with retail presentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and factories across geographies and travel when required.
• Costing and margin decisions to ensure commercial viability.
• Monitor timelines and sample approvals to meet targets.
