Job summary

Bybit is seeking a UX/UI designer focused on user growth to work closely with the Growth team on designing and optimizing user journeys and growth tools. You will bridge user experience goals with business growth targets to drive retention and conversion improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in UI/UX design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite, and strong collaboration with product and business teams. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field required.
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with growth or B-side product focus preferred.
• Strong product thinking and interaction design skills; able to conduct user research.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user journeys in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Maintain design fidelity in implementation and track post-launch performance.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and gather feedback for owned projects.
• Provide flexible cross-team support to help other teams overcome bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with UED designers to maintain design standards across the platform.

Role Overview

A UX/UI designer focused on user growth, working closely with the Growth team to design and optimize user journeys and growth tools. Bridges user experience objectives with business growth goals to drive sustainable improvements in retention and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• User Journey Design : Collaborate with the Growth team to complete user journey and growth tool design and iteration requirements
• Design Execution & Tracking : Ensure design fidelity in implementation; track post-launch performance and propose data-driven improvement plans
• User Research & Insights : Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback management for owned projects to drive experience improvements
• Cross-Team Support : Quickly understand business context when other teams face resource bottlenecks, and provide flexible supplementary support
• Design Consistency : Collaborate closely with UED designers to maintain platform-wide design standards and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design or related fields; overseas study experience preferred
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience; experience in user growth or B-side product design preferred
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe suite; strong product thinking and interaction design skills; able to participate in user research and end-to-end design workflows
• Strong comprehension and communication skills; able to efficiently collaborate with product and business teams to balance business and experience goals; fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong execution ability; able to efficiently deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple directions
• Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in growth-focused product design; familiarity with core growth metrics (retention, conversion, activation)
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) for data-driven design decisions
• Background in B-side back-office or operations platform design
• Portfolio clearly demonstrating how design decisions directly drove measurable business metric improvements
