Flydubai in United Arab Emirates is seeking an IT/Business Solutions Manager to oversee demand management for scalable, secure technology across business lines. You will align roadmaps, manage MVP features, and ensure timely delivery with quality KPIs.

The role requires 7–9 years in IT management, CSPO/SAFe POPM certs preferred, and fluent English. A strong focus on collaboration with architects, delivery teams and vendors is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years experience.
• Experience in IT management, product/project delivery and transformation programs.
• Airline industry knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies.
• CSPO and SAFe POPM certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Implements the defined roadmap aligning with business objectives and IT priorities.
• Bridges business and development teams, decomposing epics into features and MVPs.
• Manages stakeholders through regular reviews of roadmap, delivery, and support metrics.
• Oversight of product portfolio delivery across projects and enhancement initiatives.
• Sets quality KPIs and measures for the portfolio to ensure high standards.
• Drives collaboration across IT departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Ensures cross-portfolio alignment through regular syncs with all IT teams.
• Manages external vendors to maintain service quality and SLA compliance.
• Ensures 24x7 support for assigned products/systems and meets service catalog KPIs.
• Promotes automation of manual tasks to reduce incident handling time.
• Coaches delivery teams, fills skill gaps, and mentors staff.
