Confidential Jobs in Dubai seeks an experienced Freelance Producer Experiential to support delivery of a major campaign for private, government, or semi-government entities. This 1–3 month contract role is the on-ground extension of the Dubai production team.

The Producer will own client coordination, approvals, content delivery, and video production follow-up, collaborating closely with the Creative Producer and Dubai team. Arabic fluency required, English communications strong.

Qualifications

• Experience in content production, video production, campaigns, media, events, or creative projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the campaign and production period.
• Work with the Dubai team to communicate updates, consolidate client feedback, and maintain alignment with objectives.
• Manage day-to-day client communication, coordination, approvals, and production requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of content drafts, revisions, presentations, and final outputs with quality and timelines.
• Support video production execution and communication among client, creative team, and production crew.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, shoots, events, and on-site activities as required.
• Present creative or production proposals to the client when needed.
• Track project progress, identify risks or changes early, and communicate them to the Dubai team.
• Maintain documentation of client feedback, approvals, revisions, and daily updates.
