HYF Medical Center, a Dubai-based international medical center, seeks a detail-oriented Procurement & Warehouse Officer to manage procurement of medical supplies, consumables and office items, plus daily warehouse and inventory activities. Responsible for timely purchases, accurate receiving, proper storage and stock level maintenance.

Responsibilities include supplier negotiation, PO creation, records upkeep, stock monitoring, FEFO adherence, and cross-department coordination to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or diploma in procurement/supply chain or related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement, purchasing, warehouse or inventory experience.
• Healthcare/medical center experience preferred.
• Experience buying medical supplies/consumables is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with procurement or inventory software is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• UAE work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Procurement daily purchasing for medical supplies, consumables, medicines and office items.
• Obtain quotations; compare prices, quality, delivery time and terms.
• Prepare purchase requests and orders; manage procurement records.
• Coordinate supplier prices, availability and delivery schedules.
• Ensure purchases align with budgets and approvals.
• Maintain supplier documentation and relationships.
• Manage supplier communications and performance monitoring.
• Receive and inspect goods; ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Monitor stock levels; conduct physical counts and reports.
• Ensure FEFO where applicable and rotate stock.
• Coordinate with departments for supply requirements and distribution.
• Support cost control by comparing quotations and identifying savings.
• Maintain reporting and documentation for procurement and inventory.
