Job summary

GKR Search and Selection is seeking a Director of Strategic Procurement to lead procurement strategy across an international aviation platform. The role involves close collaboration with technical, commercial and operational stakeholders to deliver critical projects and optimize supplier performance.

You will drive strategic sourcing, supplier management and supply chain initiatives across aviation products and services, with a strong focus on availability, cost performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience within aviation, aerospace, an airline, MRO or a related technical environment.
• Good understanding of aviation technical requirements and supplier markets.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using procurement, ERP or supply chain systems within a technical environment.
