Job summary

Aswaar Consulting DMCC is seeking a procurement professional to support the team with vendor onboarding, procurement reporting, and PR-PO processes in Oracle. The role requires 2+ years in procurement within financial services and strong Excel and Oracle ERP skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of procurement experience in financial services.
Proficient in Oracle ERP, especially Procurement to Pay.
Excellent Excel skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
English essential; Arabic preferable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end process of new Vendor registration requests.
Provide guidance and updates to potential Vendors and internal stakeholders during registration.
Evaluate and process all required Vendor registration documents.
Manage registered Vendor list in Oracle.
Review and approve Vendor profile change requests.
Manage quarterly financial Vendor health check and risk assessment.
Manage creation of PR to PO process in Oracle (PR-PO).
Maintain PO-PR Tracker, NI Procure to Pay reports and track savings.
Create procurement reporting on key metrics monthly.
Assist in sourcing and quoting lower value items.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by Head of Procurement.
