A leading company in oil and gas is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to oversee procurement policies and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly with EPC projects, and possess a strong understanding of SAP and Ariba systems. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulations and improving procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

About the job – PROCUREMENT OFFICER (OIL AND GAS)

• Capable of handling of EPC Project
• Procurement Officer develop and maintain the company's procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that they deliver quality goods and services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with other departments within the company to determine their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and report on procurement activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost‑saving.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5-years experience in Oil & Gas industry (preferable worked in Ex- ADNOC and Group Companies)
• Technical , Engineering , and EPC Projects Background
• Having strong knowledge for SAP and Ariba System (for purchasing materials, service contracting and expediting)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
