Job summary

Leading Automotive Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to manage procurement processes, supplier relations, cost control, and timely availability of materials for operations.

Technical background is preferred, especially in automotive, spare parts, electronics, engineering, sheet metal, fabrication, or other technical sectors; immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities.
• 2 years of experience in automotive or technical industry is mandatory.
• Must be currently in Dubai / UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business requirements
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier records
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams for procurement requirements
• Monitor material availability and avoid delays in operations
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency
