Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle from RFQ to delivery and contracts.
  • Handle AMC procurement and maintenance-related purchasing.
  • Review contracts and technical specs before issuing purchase orders.
  • Source qualified suppliers for real estate development projects.
  • Resolve procurement issues including delays and quality concerns.
  • Maintain procurement records for audit purposes and KPI reporting.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery with suppliers.
  • Prepare procurement budgets and forecasts.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager with proven experience in the Facilities Management and construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation, supplier management, and procurement skills, with hands‑on experience in managing AMC-related procurement and service contracts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and efficient procurement of goods and services while maintaining strong supplier relationships and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate, and procure related materials, equipment, and services.
  • Manage the complete procurement cycle from RFQ preparation and supplier sourcing to quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery.
  • Manage procurement requirements related to facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry standards.
  • Review contracts, purchase agreements, and technical specifications before issuing purchase orders.
  • Source qualified suppliers and service providers for real estate development projects.
  • Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and supplier disputes.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Handle procurement for AMC contracts, including maintenance materials, spare parts, consumables, tools, equipment, and related services.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
  • Issue and monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist management in developing annual procurement budgets and forecasting procurement requirements.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports covering cost savings, pending orders, supplier performance, purchasing status, and procurement KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction, or Property Management industry.
  • Strong experience in AMC procurement and maintenance-related purchasing.
  • Good knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance, spare parts, consumables, and FM-related materials and services.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and contract management skills.
  • Good understanding of the UAE supplier and procurement market.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and procurement/ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, quotation analysis, purchase orders, and commercial evaluations.
