Job summary

COREcruitment is partner to a fast-growing premium residential services business in Dubai seeking a hands-on Procurement & Fleet Manager. You will own end-to-end procurement, stores and fleet operations, ensuring parts, equipment and vehicles are available at the right time and price.

With 3–5+ years in UAE procurement, stores, inventory or supply within maintenance, MEP, facilities management or construction, you’ll negotiate with suppliers, manage stock, and ensure compliance across fleets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in procurement, stores, inventory or supply within UAE maintenance, MEP, facilities management or construction.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement of materials, parts, tools and consumables.
• Building and managing a strong UAE supplier network.
• Stores, inventory and van stock management.
• Fleet operations, servicing, insurance, registration and compliance.
• Purchase orders, goods receiving and spend controls.
• Cost negotiation and supplier performance.
• Mobilising stock, vehicles and equipment for new communities.
• Tracking costs and identifying savings opportunities.
