Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Procurement Executive to procure goods and services within dedicated categories and manage sourcing activities. You will monitor requisitions in COUPA and coordinate RFQs with suppliers, balancing stakeholder needs with procurement policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in SCM or Business Administration, strong Excel skills, and comfort with ERP systems. You will work on-site, reporting to the Procurement Manager, with comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services within an assigned purchasing category.
• Manage sourcing activities in line with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and process purchase requisitions through COUPA.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to appropriate suppliers.
• Conduct spot bidding activities when required.
• Review supplier quotations and commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
• Maintain an organized approach to procurement activities and stakeholder requirements.
• Apply independent judgement when handling routine sourcing matters.
• Deliver efficient and professional service to internal stakeholders.
• Support the Procurement Manager to achieve departmental objectives.

About the Role

This position is responsible for procuring goods and services within an assigned category while providing efficient and professional support to internal stakeholders. You will manage sourcing activities through the established procurement process, monitor purchase requisitions in COUPA, obtain competitive supplier quotations and support commercial negotiations. The role requires sound independent judgement, careful organization and the ability to balance stakeholder requirements with procurement procedures.

About You

A bachelor 's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. You should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with ERP solutions. Strong communication and analytical abilities are important, together with logical reasoning skills and the organizational discipline required to manage procurement activities effectively.
